It is with heavy hearts and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Venic Nyogora Osoro, a dedicated businesswoman, loving wife, and mother, who went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Tabaka Mission Hospital. Born in 1985 in Bobita Village, Kisii County, Venic lived a life marked by faith, hard work, and resilience.

Early Life & Education

Venic was the firstborn child of Samuel Osoro and Alice Binsari. She began her early education at Nyabisase Primary School before proceeding to Nyakembene Secondary School, where she completed her secondary education and developed a strong foundation for her career and family life.

Career & Community

A determined businesswoman, Venic dedicated her life to supporting her family and serving her local community. Through her business endeavors, she built lasting relationships grounded in kindness and strength. She was also an active member of Nyabisase Catholic Church, where she anchored her life in Christian values.

Family & Legacy

Venic was the beloved wife of Godfrey Manyisa and a devoted mother to Celine, Malcon, and Tony. She was a cherished sister to Vanice, Risper, Simon, Merciline, Eunice, and Dolphine, as well as a loving aunt and niece to the extended family.

Interment Details

The funeral service and final interment took place on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at her home in Bobasi Kionyo Centre.
